Grey Glade was founded on a simple observation: the organisations with the most to lose from data disorder were being served by an industry that sells assessments and leaves before the work begins. We built the firm we could not hire.

Evidence over assertion. Every claim we make about your estate comes with the query that produced it. If a number cannot be reproduced, it does not appear in our reporting.
Operation over deliverables. A governance programme that lives in a binder is decoration. We stay to run what we design — or hand it over so cleanly that you can.
